**Playground Installer Team Leader**

Creative Play UK is one of the leading manufacturers and installers of Outdoor Playground Equipment and Surfacing within the UK. Based in Chester, operating throughout the UK, Creative Play UK has completed more than 10,000 installations within schools, private nurseries, holiday parks, leisure facilities and local authorities.

Established for more than 25 years Creative Play has the experience and knowledge to continue growing within the industry and expanding into new sectors. Due to continued expansion, Creative Play is looking for a Playground Installer.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our installation team on a full time basis.

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Install playground equipment to meet safety standards
- Organise the site ensuring it is safe for yourself, the customer and children
- Work to strict deadlines
- Liaise with customers to arrange sign off on completion
- Lay safety surfacing and any required groundwork's
- Measuring and laying out site
- Use of CAT scan
- Management of Install team
- Use of power tools predominantly Drill & Driver and Hydraulic Breaker
- Complete expenses including all receipts
- Staying away 4 nights per week - accommodation is booked for you and you will receive subsistence payments

**Experience/ Qualities**:

- Full, clean driving licence - **Essential**:

- Proven leadership experience
- Previous experience in playground installation or in a construction/groundwork’s environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience with power tools
- CSCS Card would be an advantage
- Fit and able, the position involves moving of heavy items

**In return the company offers**:

- Starting salary of £30,000 rising to £31,000 to £33,500 after succesful completion of probationary period and relevant training
- 20 days annual holiday plus statutory days
- 8 days bank holidays (dates as defined within your employment contract)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
