The Resourcing Coordinator (known internally as Hiring Desk Specialist) is a key role within the Hiring Desk team (part of the Talent Acquisition team), an internal team responsible for the end-to-end management of our Contingent Workforce and delivering on our Contingent Workforce Strategy.

Working with internal stakeholders and Third -party suppliers, the role provides coordination and support to meet the needs of our stakeholder requirements throughout the end to end delivery of recruitment and management of Contractors. As such, the role requires an individual with growth mind-set, emotional intelligence, self-motivation, agility, and great communication, to complement our one-team culture.

What will you be doing?
- First line of support for line managers, Third-party Suppliers and Contractors. To act as a liaison between the Third-Party Suppliers and the Hiring Managers.
- Day to day management of our group mailbox.
- Management of Contractor extensions and tenure.
- Onboarding new contractors, liaising with our Third-party Suppliers and internal teams to ensure Contractors are onboarded within agreed SLA’s.
- Work with our P2P team to ensure Purchase Orders are in place for Contractors and extended where necessary.
- Using our Vendor Management System to actively keep data up to date and accurate.
- Ensure the timely submission of invoices.
- Manage changes to existing engagements, including Supplier requests for rate increases and changes to end dates.
- Ensure operational reports produced on a timely basis and fulfil ad hoc reporting requests as required.
- Provide specialist advice on Contingent worker processes in line with our internal policies and external legislations and law, escalating to the Hiring Desk Manager where necessary.

We Tend To Look For People With
- Demonstrable experience of working in Recruitment/HR Operations, ideally within a customer oriented commercial environment
- Accurate and strong administrative skills
- Fluent English speaking & written skills
- Be able to prioritise workloads to meet key deadlines
- Strong inter-personal and collaboration skills, able to interact across all levels of the organisation.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
