Are you a skilled and dedicated professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? We have an engaging role for you at Dennis Eagle As a **Contract Administrator**, you'll provide administration support, ensuring detailed and accurate records of all work activities are maintained.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Job Card Management**: Raise job cards, populate technicians’ time bookings, and finalise parts used and hours charged.
- **Documentation**: Collate and check technicians’ documentation, close completed jobs, and review and process service invoices and credits.
- **Warranty Claims**: Create, monitor, and process warranty claims, and collate reports as requested.
- **System Updates**: Update internal systems with vehicle details, service history, and work progress.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Essential**: Knowledge of call handling and administration, customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, ability to work independently or as part of a team, strong communication skills, ability to maintain high output levels, and stay focused under pressure.
- **Desirable**: Experience in the HGV & waste industry, previous transferrable experience.
