**Where do you fit in?**

Youll be part of a friendly team who provide full administration support to our Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. Youll use your admin, attention to detail and customer service skills to help to manage our annual client review process. Youll update our in-house system and third-party platforms, ensuring files and records are accurate. With the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and make suggestions, youll ensure that everyone is up to date and has all the information they need.

Youll be IT and system savvy happy to navigate around different IT systems. Youll be aware of deadlines and the need to prioritise, as some of your work will be time sensitive. Youll work with your team to deliver a first-class service, helping to ensure the smooth running of our business.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Admin experience within a financially regulated industry is a must, along with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. We also offer lots of training.
- Accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines effective at organising and prioritising your workload. Youll be adaptable, friendly, and helpful
- Youll be positive, keen to learn, good with people, and technology & system savvy

**We work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.**

**Youll be based from our Harrogate office, and following training, work on a hybrid basis according to the needs of the business.**
