**Labourer - Multi Trade**

**Location**:Dundee Office location but based on site around Dundee & Rosyth

As a **Skilled Labourer** for Novus Property Solutions, youll work with a great team, who support each other and work together to deliver a great service for our customers. In this varied role, where no two days are the same, youll work across a diverse range of properties and customers, trusted, and supported to make decisions and deliver everything you do with compassion and care. **An outline of your responsibilities and experience***
- Open to learning about fire safety
- Assisting in the delivery of rip outs and refurbishment works
- Predominantly the sector that you will be working in is Social Housing, there fore experience of this sector would be favourable.
- A full UK Driving is also required.
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
- The role will also require a DBS check

**About You**

The successful Skilled Labourer will possess a background in manual labour, including Health and Safety although training will be given. Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions, a methodical and organised approach and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
