You will be working in the family home. **About the Role** At Yorhealth we provide nurse-led care for children and young adults with complex medical care needs 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. **"How Best to Support Me"** **I am a cheeky chap who enjoys going to school. I need someone to help me with my daily activities at school.
