Labourer

Due to a successful increase in our** Planned Maintenance works in Wrexham we seek a Labourer/Rip Out Operative to join our direct trade workforce working across the borough of Wrexham.**

**The Labourer/Rip Out Operative role**:

- The ability to use initiative and work to job completion targets successfully, considering health and safety and a quality finish, always.
- Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
- Labouring duties will include; ripping out internal and external structures within residential properties and supporting Tradespersons with practical trade tasks

**What will you bring as Labourer/Rip Out Operative?**
- Previous experience of working as a Labourer or general operative in tenanted properties would be very advantageous
- The ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of public residential environments
- The ability to use initiative in problem solving whilst also recognising the importance of communicating and working effectively with others.
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the **Labourer** role
- Awareness of Health & Safety
