We are working with secondary schools across Surrey looking for Graduates who wish to start as Graduate Teaching Assistants and who are looking to gain essential classroom experience before going on to pursue roles such as Teachers, Educational Psychologists,Child Psychologists, SEND Support Workers and more.

**The Role**

In the role of a Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to support your pupils in & out of the classroom throughout the school day. Under the direction of the SENCO, the school are eager to support their Teaching Assistants in delivering outstanding supportto their students.

The team you will be working with are supported by trained professionals who will assist you throughout the day. You will be expected to work effectively with both teaching and support staff at all levels as well as with parents/carers, students, and externalagencies.
- To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- A Lower Second Class Honours (2:2) degree from a recognised university
- The ability to form genuine working relationships with students, parents/carers, and colleagues
- You must have good oral and written communicative skills
- A real desire to work within the Education Industry
- To be adaptable & show that you have a patient and caring approach while at work Flexibility in working practices and the ability to know when to use initiative
- A high degree of professionalism in your approach to work and set tasks
