**About us** Your True Path to Wellness was set up during the pandemic in 2020. We provide a safe virtual learning, development, and support network, that supports women through the different stages of their mild and moderate mental health difficulties. A space for women to share their thoughts, feel connected and learn new life skills. The project consists of weekly support groups, programmes, and 1-1 support with the aim to explore self-awareness and self-management to support women who are struggling with their mental health and well-being. We have recently become a CIC company and a member of Social Enterprise Scotland. The community is growing, and we love that we are able to reach and support more women. We have lots of new and exciting ideas for the community for the future. We're seeking passionate individuals who is focused on the success of the organization. Job Roles: We are looking for Board members (Secretary & Treasurer). Ideally with some experience but not essential. Every member of a Board is crucial for the management of the organisation. The role of a Board Member is to oversee the general strategy and direction of the business. This is not a "job," but a position for someone who is dedicated to making the world a better place for women.
