Job Summary:
We currently have an opportunity for a Security Officer to join our team delivering high standard retail security services at Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness. This is a full time, permanent role and involves working on a roster pattern based on a four on / four off shift pattern. You will average 42 hours per week.

Job Role:
Your main role is to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ buildings, assets and customers by carrying out all duties in line with the site technical procedures. Typical duties will include controlling access to the site, CCTV monitoring (if licenced), handling customer enquiries, completion of site paperwork, responding to alarms, incident handling, site patrolling, managing customer car parks and other security related duties working as part of the dedicated team onsite. Key skills include:

- Prior experience working within the security industry in a customer focussed environment
- A valid frontline SIA licence (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, Close Protection, CCTV)
- Unrestricted right to work on a full-time basis in the UK
- Be fluent in spoken and written English
- Have a five-year verifiable employment history or able to produce evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment or education.
