We are looking for an experienced recruiting specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will develop and post job descriptions using social media and other platforms in order to identify suitable applicants.

You will analyse the recruitment process and make recommendations for improvements or changes.

You will compile reports on all aspects of the hiring process.

You will have in-depth knowledge of current hiring trends.

**Responsibilities**
- Formulating detailed job descriptions
- Creating Adverts
- Posting job adverts on social media and around the local community
- Recruitment process: Identification and right to work checks, vehicle checks, references, employment gaps, training requirements
- Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies

£14,000 per year/ 20 hours per week.

Bloomfield Care does not have a sponsorship licence at the moment so we are unable to hire non-uk citizens at this time.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £14,000.00 per year
