Trinity Property Group (TPG) are a well-established and fast-growing Residential Property Management Group operating across the UK.
We are now looking to expand our fabulous HR team to support us with our exciting period of continued growth.

You will be joining an experience team, working closely with the Group HR Manager and HR Assistant and will benefit from a varied and interesting role.
**Some of your responsibilities will include?**
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, contractual changes and process all pre-employment checks
- General filing and ownership of HR and Employee files
- Preparation and management of all HR related employee correspondence & documentation
- Assist the HR team in providing advice and guidance on standard HR policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment to manager and employees, escalating queries as necessary.
- General support of HR Projects
- Administration of Company Benefits
- Ensuring employee document checks are completed, taking a pro-active approach partnering with key stakeholders to ensure that all documents are tracked and filed.
- Managing day to day telephone/HR inbox from internal and external sources
- Support with general administrative duties for all recruitment activity
- Prepare and post new campaigns
- Assist with Payroll administration
- New Starters and Leavers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7DN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
