Modus Personnel are a multi industry recruitment business operating across the UK. Specialising in, but not limited to the industrial, construction and facilities management industries, while also covering white collar and C-Suite placements across both temporary and permanent markets.

Duties will include:

- Business development to gain and maintain new clients
- Advertising jobs via job boards and social media platforms
- Matching suitable CVs to live roles
- Fulfilling a full 360 recruitmnet role

We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate the following:

- Previous work experience within a recruitment role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Proficient in standard Office IT systems
- Well developed sales skills
- **Passion and drive to succeed**

Benefits of the position include:

- £27,000 to £30,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission. No commission bands to hit
