With exciting growth plans my client is now recruiting for several new opportunities. The first role they are looking to recruit to be based from the Petersfield or Farnham office will be an additional Financial Planning administrator to help with the currentworkloads.

The role will suit anyone who has worked within the IFA sector in Administration, or someone who has worked for a provider in Pensions & Investments.

**The role duties are**:
Adding New Business to the internal back office system

Obtaining Valuations from providers

Adding and checking all ID for new clients

Booking in client reviews

Working with client platforms such Aegon, Standard Life, Aviva and L&G.

Sending out client letters and updates

Letters of Authority

Money transfers

Assisting with any other project work and meetings.

**For this role**, you will need to have a good understanding and have worked with some of the following products.

Pensions, ISA's, OEIC's, Bonds and some other insurance products.

You will need to have a good attention to detail, be able to prioritise workloads ad be a good communicator.
