Eco Submissions Officer

EcoGiants are looking for the next addition to our growing team. If you have experience with ECO submissions and understand the need for excellent attention to detail, quick learning, great teamwork and the ability to rapidly adapt to changes in guidance, read on

Essential requirements:

- Experience in auditing or building ECO submissions for at least 2 types of energy efficiency measures
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience operating within a regulated environment (e.g. OFGEM)

Key responsibilities:

- Audit ECO submissions to in-house and OFGEM compliance standards
- Ensure submissions are processed in a timely manner
- Accurately record all aspects of submissions for monitoring and reporting purposes
- Check post-installation documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Contact customers post-survey and installation to verify information or to request additional information
- Promptly resolve queries received from the funders in respect of work submitted
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with other team members and installers
- Provide support to upskill key employees on submission documentation

Ability to commute/relocate: Clitheroe, Lancashire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
