**JOB TITLE**:Graduate* Underwriting Assistant

**COMPANY**: Insurance

**HOURS**: 09.00am-17.30pm

**START**: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period

**SALARY**: £25,000-£27,000* Depending on experience

**LOCATION**: City of London (Hybrid working)

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Maintain confidentiality of all data within the online system
- Monitor the corporate file structure on the corporate server
- Support with drafting policy and associated documentation
- Organise analytical data using spreadsheets - utilising both pivot tables and v-lookups
- Create reports from the system for internal and external audiences
- Guarantee compliance with UK and international financial permissions
- Provide general assistance and support with administrative duties
- Liaise with brokers on all administrative issues

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- *Educated to degree level or equivalent
- A 'can-do', positive, and enthusiastic individual
- Someone who is happy to get involved with all aspects of business support
- An easy-going, fun, a good sense of humour, bright, switched on, and confident individual
- The ability to pick up processes, systems, and procedures quickly
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail is essential
- An individual who is motivated, proactive, flexible, and happy to get stuck in
