**Location - Multi Site Plessington Court, Preston, PR3 3LY and Elker Meadow, Clitheroe BB7 9YB**

We are looking to recruit an experienced Cleaner to work across two of our local sheltered housing schemes. Reporting to our Scheme Coordinator our cleaners must provide a first-class professional cleaning service to our customers ensuring our schemes meet the needs of our customers to assist them in living happy Independent lives. This is a multi-site role working 20 hours per week at our Sheltered Scheme Plessington Court, Preston (Mondays to Fridays) and 4 hours per week (Wednesday afternoons) at our General Scheme Elker Meadow, Clitheroe scheme.

**Main duties will include cleaning and maintaining of;**
- Mats, Carpets, Paintwork, Floors, Furniture
- Scheme entrance areas
- Office spaces
- Communal living areas
- Laundry room
- Toilets
- Empty flats
- Emptying of internal and external bins
- In addition, assisting customer and visitors with general queries and supporting the Scheme Coordinator with social events as required.

**What you need**:

- Experience of providing a cleaning service
- Knowledge of Health and Safety applicable to providing a cleaning service
- Effective communication skills
