Learner Advisor

Were an established, small (but growing) training provider who deliver online construction and health and safety training.

We are seeking a part time course adviser (16 hours per week which must include a Thursday) to provide learners with advice on our range of online training courses - experience within the sector is not necessarily required

This is a rewarding home based role which would suit applicants who have good communication skills - its main responsibilities are as follows:

- Answering the phone and contacting learners who have expressed an interest in our courses to provide them with advice on what they involve.
- Sending learners information on courses
- Carrying out learner course inductions
- General administration including updating learner records

You will have experience in call handling/ customer service, love using spreadsheets and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Full training, phone and laptop provided.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
