Are you an Architectural Technician looking for your next role in the Built Environment?
We are working with an outstanding practice based in Maidstone who are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their award-winning team in creating great buildings.
You can expect to work in a variety of sectors, from education, residential, and industrial to workplace, retail and leisure and healthcare.
The practice currently employs around 24 members of staff with 8 of them in their Technical Team. You will be working closely with a Senior Architectural Technician to create detailed information packages, specifications and design proposals.
In terms of software, this practice utilises Revit and AutoCAD - it is required that you have a working knowledge of these two software packages in order to hit the ground running
The practice is looking for an individual that has excitement, enthusiasm and commitment to the technical processes of the RIBA Work Stages Similar to them, they put in the commitment to their staff to progress their career aspirations - they have severalcase studies of Architectural Technicians joining their team at a lower level and becoming Associates/Key Members of staff.
This role is for someone that has vast experience within the Architectural industry and is looking to hit the ground running working on large and exciting projects
The Role - Experienced Architectural Technician:

- Revit and AutoCAD
- Healthcare, Residential, Education, Industrial, Workplace/Mixed-use, Retail and Leisure, and Masterplanning
- Technical competence - technical detailing, information packages, specifications, etc.
- Liaise with clients - take part in site visits when required
- Proven track record
- Comfortably present work externally and internally
- Enthusiastic about the Technical stages and eager to progress with a company

**Salary**: £30K - £40K+/- (DOE)
