**Solicitor, or Legal Exec, with solid experience of civil litigation**

We are looking for 1 or maybe 2 people to join our team to conduct claims for tax refunds from HMRC. Previous experience of dealing with tax refund claims, whether at solicitors or not, would be of great interest. Particular experience of SDLT refunds or Income tax / PAYE refunds would be even better. Also any experience of dealing with referrers who provide claims of this sort would be beneficial

The package and rewards are a little difficult to formulate as the terms are flexible dependant on your experience and skills, and we are willing to tailor the package for the right person

We are well resourced with our own marketing team and cutting edge case management software. We are looking for growth in this area and to grow a team

We are a friendly team with a relaxed outlook. We are based in pleasant offices on a high street location in Warrington close to shops and restaurants. There is a car park opposite and both train stations and the bus station are very close by.

As the firm is new and expanding there will be ample opportunity for career development.

**Required skills / experience and Responsibilities**:

- Preferred experience in dealing with tax refund claims. Particularly SDLT and income tax / PAYE - and / or some experience but bags of enthusiasm and willingness to work hard and learn
- Excellent client care skills
- Good basic written and maths skills
- Good billing record,
