As a Vintage Buying Agent, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth and expansion. **Key Goals and Objectives**:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
- Meet daily call targets and core KPIs to drive sales performance
- Contribute to the continuous growth and expansion of the business whilst always looking for ways to become more efficient and improve
- Cultivate an upbeat working environment with the team

**Key responsibilities**:

- Handling both inbound and outbound calls regarding the appraisal of customers’ items
- Addressing customer queries promptly and effectively
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless and effortless customer experience
- Working collaboratively within a small team to achieve collective targets
- Demonstrating adaptability and openness to developing and learning new skills
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment by proactively resolving issues and using your initiative to problem-solve
- Fostering a positive team environment and contributing to a harmonious working environment

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a sales contact centre environment
- Track record of meeting both team and individual targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in using internal CRM systems
- Strong objection-handling skills to overcome customer hesitations and objections
- Clear and polite telephone manner to deliver exceptional service to all of our customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals

- Starting salary £11,250
- Part Time, Permanent role (0.5 FTE)
