**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out general maintenance duties and repairs around the home.
- Perform general groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Maintain and care for plants, trees, and shrubs on the property.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete landscaping tasks.
- Ensure that outdoor areas are clean and free of debris.
- Monitor and report any issues or concerns regarding the condition of the landscape.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of different plants, trees, and shrubs commonly found in the area.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used for landscaping tasks.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and property owners.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
