**Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship - Software Engineer Apprentice**

**Location**: Crawley
- Are you looking for an employer who will sponsor you through a degree, whilst providing valuable and exciting on-the-job experience within a global, innovative and industry leading organisation? _

Our exciting Software Engineer Apprentice role will develop your software skills to become a confident, positive and flexible engineer with well-honed technical knowledge. You will support the team to deliver software solutions to deadlines and within budget, including reviewing code and running project reviews.

As a Software Engineer Apprentice you will develop key skills and experience in the following:

- Programming skills in C or C++
- Knowledge of OpenGL, graphics programming and mathematical systems modelling
- Experience of working in multi-disciplined agile environment Familiarity with requirements management tools, aircraft and sensor systems and training simulator systems
- New tools and infrastructure used for the development engineering environment
- Development of quality software solutions that adhere to timescale and budget
- Opportunity to develop creative software solutions
- Organisational skills with well-rounded communication and relationship building abilities
- Digital Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics

**Degree Apprenticeship Programme**:
Through our degree apprenticeship you’ll be making the most of your talents, getting to understand engineering from the ground up; and doing so with the help of one of the biggest and best names in the industry.
