**Role Summary**
As a **Sports Graduate DSE Assessor** at VergoUK, you will be responsible for conducting **Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments**, ensuring employees have ergonomic workstations to enhance comfort, productivity, and overall well-being. This role will be predominantly based in the **North East** of England, with occasional travel to other locations as required. You'll work both from home and on-site with clients, providing in-person assessments and remote consultations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out **DSE Assessments** for various clients, ensuring the workstation meets health and safety guidelines and ergonomics best practices.
- Perform **Workplace Assessments** and **Vehicle Assessments** where applicable, with a focus on reducing musculoskeletal issues and improving employee comfort.
- Make **reasonable adjustments** recommendations, particularly for employees with musculoskeletal disorders.
- Prepare detailed **written reports** with actionable advice and recommendations for clients, outlining the best ergonomic solutions and equipment.
- Stay informed about the latest ergonomic products and solutions to ensure clients receive the best recommendations.

**Essential Criteria**
- A **Sports Degree** (or similar), with a strong understanding of **human physiology** and how the body works.
- Excellent **customer service** and **communication skills**, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
- Confidence in carrying out **DSE assessments** and providing tailored solutions for different types of workplaces.
- **Full UK driving license** - as this role requires travel to client sites across the region.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Knowledge or experience with **reasonable adjustments** for employees (e.g., musculoskeletal disorders).
- Ideally, at least **1 year of experience** in conducting DSE assessments or working in an ergonomics-related field.
