**The Role**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Listening to customers needs and offering nutritional advice
- The ability to approach all customers with a smile and a keen desire to help
- Stock Control: Counting, date rotation, inventory management
- Accepting incoming deliveries
- Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the shop. Ensuring products are fully stocked, well presented, clean and with a good shelf life.
- Processing cash and card transactions
- At times, lifting heavy stock and helping to sort away large deliveries
- Being involved in all aspects of the day to day running of a busy shop

**Essential Skills**:

- Confident, positive and helpful attitude
- Able to work weekends
- Ability to naturally engage with people
- A drive to work in a busy environment, working at times under own initiative
- High standards and diligent approach to inventory and stock intake
- Full UK Driving License

The Natural Cornish Pet Shop has now been up and running for two years, and in that time has developed a strong customer base of like minded individuals who want only the best for their four-legged friends We have since developed our own range of dog treats and chews, and even started supplying our own brand of products for wholesale UK-wide.
