**About Our Client**:
My client is a leading retailer specialising in working with the top brands in the car market.

As a Complaints Specialist you will be responsible for:

- Managing and supporting customer complaints
- Handling calls and written communications
- Manage a caseload of up to 80 complaints
- Working with a wider team to implement change and build effective working relationships
- Work under pressure and high volume to ensure effective responses in a quick turnaround

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Complaints Specialist will demonstrate:

- Experience of dealing with high level complaints
- Prior experience of working within a regulated environment
- Great organisational, planning and time management experience
- Excellent communication skills
