Are you ready to lead groundbreaking AV media activations for industry-leading clients like EFD (a leading film entertainment business), Three, and TikTok? Zenith and the Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), is seeking a dynamic AV Associate Director to drive our AV investment strategy to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of AV buyers to deliver top-tier activations across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
- Negotiate with sales house teams to unlock added value opportunities for clients.
- Ensure timely completion of AV administration and meeting all set deadlines.
- Stay updated on AV marketplace changes, sharing insights with teams and clients.
- Drive innovation in response to client briefs, fostering productive relationships with planning teams.
- Utilize advanced systems and technology to understand audience behavior and consumption patterns.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Manager or Associate Director within a media AV department, with expertise in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
- Previous team management experience, including objective setting and development conversations.
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to challenge briefs and deliver exceptional results.
- Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and experience in the entertainment sector is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of managing client/AV finance processes with precision.
- Confidence in managing client audits across all AV mediums, with the ability to attend audits with clients and auditors.
