**The Role**

Due to rapid growth, we're looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants to join our Rapid Response Team in the North West. You will be required to work days with our new & existing clients to provide short-term cover for sickness and holidays. This may include working 1 Day in the Wirral, and the next in Blackburn; so you'll need to be flexible and prepared to travel. Every day is different, and you will be using your skills in working with children & adults with a variety of complex and clinical needs.

You will receive 1-2-1 hands-on training by a Love Nursing Lead Nurse, as well as classroom-based theory training to provide background information on the conditions and needs of our clients.

You will be required to work as part of a team, providing consistent availability on a rota basis to ensure adequate cover for our community-based teams across the week. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 36hrs per week, regardless of how many shifts you are required to cover, but you can choose to work additional hours if you wish.
