We are currently recruiting for team leaders to support with the implementation and smooth running of our new contract based at **Ollerton.** You will be responsible for undertaking routine operational tasks, providing a strong focus on health & safety, productivity, accuracy, and quality, driving the operational team to achieve daily targets for each shift.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working on a **4 on 4 off nights shift pattern**, covering the hours of 7pm to 7am

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Lead a team of warehouse operatives, co-ordinating their activities to meet set objectives and take charge in the absence of the Shift Manager
- Ensure that training and development requirements for Warehouse Operatives are regularly carried out
- Identify and investigate warehouse operations and look to resolve any issue within a timely manner
- Ensure correct processes are being adhered to across all departments, including Picking, Goods in, Packing, Dispatch and Loading and all systems are updated accordingly.

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, from goods in, to despatch
- Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team
- Well-versed in warehouse management systems
- Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
