About the Role: Join our dynamic Planning and Scheduling Team in an exciting role as the CryoEase Distribution Scheduler. In this position, you will oversee the efficient routing of the CryoEase delivery fleet optimizing cost-effective routes within agreed service levels. You'll collaborate closely with technical service and order management teams, finding innovative solutions for emergency requirements. Your role will involve effective management of driver hours, resource allocation, adherence to regulations, and vehicle maintenance compliance.

LOCATION: Worcester

WORKING ARRANGMENTS: Sunday to Thursday - 9am to 5pm (shift payment on top of the base salary); hybrid set-up available (2 days a week in the office, 3 at home); occasional requirement to work overtime - mainly for holiday and sickness cover as required (infrequent)

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently schedule daily deliveries, optimizing efficiencies while meeting service level targets.
- Balance workloads across available resources for optimal distribution.
- Maintain and fine-tune scheduling software parameters and rules, proposing solutions to ongoing challenges.
- Monitor telemetry accounts and plan deliveries accordingly, reporting technical issues as needed.
- Advise Distribution team on resource allocation based on changing customer needs and fleet demands.
- Manage CSO hours per working time regulations, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Handle day-to-day resource changes, communicating updates and maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to emergency requests within specified timelines, reporting deviations to relevant authority.
- Complete required daily reports promptly and communicate resulting actions accurately.
- Coordinate new customer requests, including commission fill requirements, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibly accommodate varying shifts per operational needs and Planning Manager's requests.
