**Data Entry Administrator (2 Month Fixed-Term Contract)**

We are now seeking a Data Entry Administrator to join us on a two month fixed-term contract within our Records Department.
**The Role**
As an Administrator, you will provide high-quality and efficient support to the Records Manager and the wider Records Team.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Case creation on data management system
- Validating case data on Patricia (the Firm’s patent records system)
- Opening new client name records
- Reporting official notices to clients regarding case statuses
- General assistance within the Records team and providing cover where necessary
**About You**
To join us as an Administrator, you will need:

- At least one year of experience in an administrative role
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and pick up new systems
- The ability to use your initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to work
- Good team working skills
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage their time
- Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office programs and database systems
