**Overview**

**Duties**
- Utilise hand tools and power tools for various gardening tasks, including planting, weeding, and pruning.
- Implement and manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water supply for plants.
- Conduct regular maintenance of garden areas, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and clearing debris.
- Monitor plant health and growth, identifying any issues such as pests or diseases and taking appropriate action.
- Assist in the planning and design of garden layouts to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all gardening tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in gardening or horticulture is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is essential.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for working outdoors.
- Excellent physical stamina, as the role requires standing for long periods and performing manual labour.

Pay: £24,420.00-£31,003.83 per year
