**Role**

This is an exciting role new to the business, as the Commercial Director looks to revolutionise the finance department, bringing efficiency, an automation programme and industry leading insights to OTM and the wider group. It’s with this vision finance will support the business strategy as trusted and valued experts. You will have a direct impact to the reporting and financial insights of OTM with an opportunity to support the wider Plc.

We are looking for a results driven Head of Finance, supporting growth and profitability. You will have excellent leadership and articulation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain controls whilst bringing financial and operational colleagues with you. A key attribute will be your communication and presentation skills.

You will have responsibility for end to end finance, owning the full financial statements for OTM. Your expertise in FP&A, commercial finance and transactional teams will be instrumental in driving success in this role.

You will lead and develop the finance team, embedding a pro active and curious culture to drive financial discipline, performance and insight. **Responsibilities**

End to end ownership of financial statements

Oversee day to day operations of AP and AR teams

Implement and strengthen financial controls, processes and systems

Lead the budget lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to define objectives

Own the financial risk and opportunities log

Develop and monitor key financial performance indicators

Optimise working capital efficiency

Collaborate productively with operational teams

Skills Required

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Working knowledge of accounting principles & frameworks

Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills

Attention to detail, small numbers have a large impact

Ability to organise responsibilities and prioritise deadlines

Excellent people skills to become a trusted figure in the business

Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £70,000.00 per year
