**Job overview**:
Dinnington High School is looking for a suitably qualified, highly motivated individual and outstanding practitioner to join our Inclusion Department as a Learning Support Assistant.

You will join a dynamic team of staff who are committed to further improving learning, teaching and student outcomes at the school. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will lead small groups and support individual students at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring that our students’ educational needs and objectives are met.

An understanding or experience of working with vulnerable young people and those with learning or behaviour difficulties is essential.
