Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of store staff

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems for administrative tasks
- Organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and schedules
- Sales management experience is preferred

**Skills**:

- Phone etiquette: Ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Supervising: Experience in supervising a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Retail management: Knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques, inventory management, and customer service best practices
- Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team, set goals, and drive results through effective decision-making and delegation
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and stakeholders
- Bilingual: Proficiency in two languages is preferred to cater to a diverse customer base
- Administrative: Proficient in using computer systems for administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, schedules, and store operations
- Sales management: Experience in driving sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement

**Salary**: £15,828.30-£27,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Manchester, M14 4RT (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Manchester, M14 4RT: Relocate before starting work (required)
