The client needs an Accounts Payable Officer who is self-sufficient & driven to meet deadlines while supporting a growing team.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be surrounded by knowledgeable experts and opportunities to help continue your development in this busy, hybrid working role. Duties will include:

- Responsibility for the Accounts payable process across the UK
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures
- Paying vendors by scheduling payment runs and managing supplier relationships
- Coding and inputting invoices and monitoring GRNI’s
- Monitoring payables mailbox and responding to external & internal queries
- Supplier Statement reconciliation
- Responsibility for the Company Credit Card process which includes:

- Posting Corporate Card Journals
- Monitoring credit card mailbox and responding to internal queries
- Keeping Cashbooks up to date and posting relevant journals
- Other Ad-hoc duties for the Finance Manager

To be succesfull in this role you will need:

- 1 -2 years of experience within an Office or Finance Environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of excel and Microsoft office
- A high level of attention to detail & accuracy of data input is imperative
- Experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger invoicing or payments
