We are looking for a Café assistant to join our team at Cobbs coffee shop located within Sterling Home in Aberdeen to cover Wednesdays 12-5, Fridays 12-3 and some weekend shifts (extra shifts are available)

Responsibilities you would take on include
- Working the till and greeting customers, providing them with the best and most friendly service possible
- Making hot drinks efficiently and to a high standards
- making sandwiches/paninis to order efficiently and to high standards.
- Clearing tables and turning around dishes
- Being a team player and helping colleagues where possible
- Ensuring that the café is properly cleaned throughout the closing routine

You would need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and hold a general high standard for both yourself and the café whilst doing so, as well as being a reliable and friendly team player who can provide a fantastic customer service experience.
We are looking for someone who can adhere to this and is also
- Experienced in working within customer service and handling money
- Experienced in making espresso based drinks (preferred)
- Have a basic knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety
- Great at communicating
- Flexible
- Dedicated

Whilst on shift you will get a paid break, free lunch and free hot drinks. Working with us will also provide you discount across other Cobbs establishments.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
