Landscaping/roofing/building Sales

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for measuring and calculating quotations for Landscaping, Roofing and Building projects in the Leicestershire area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend appointment set out in your diary linked to your smartphone
- Measure project and calculate an estimate/quotation for the client
- Provide a written quotation either at the clients home or complete on site and deliver to client.
- Sign up clients and forward contracts through groups
- Follow up with clients and re-visit if needed
- Provide a smartphone, car and sales bag
**Skills**:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
**Salary**:
- 7.5% paid weekly = 450-1800 pounds per week
- This is a self employed position with an invoice required per week
