**Salary**:£26,421 - £28,770 pro rata, actual salary £19,477 - £21,208 _(pay award pending)_

**Allowances**:SEN allowance of £1,072.60 per year

**Working pattern**:30 hours per week, 46 weeks per year (term time only)

**The Role**

**Level 3 Teaching Assistant**

We are seeking an exceptional Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at Plantation Primary School. This is a 30 hour per week position, offering a competitive salary and SEN allowance.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:

- Support small groups and individuals, as well as provide class cover supervision
- Engage our vulnerable children in alternative and innovative ways to support their learning
- Embrace the outdoors and nature as a key element to enhance the learning experience of our pupils
- Advocate for outdoor learning and share your passion for gardening and nature
- Develop a range of skills to support all children, including those with special educational needs.
