An independent estate agency in Kensington W8 is looking for a dynamic PA/ General Assistant.

We're looking for someone who is creative and proactive with excellent written English and communication skills. Energy and enthusiasm are a must, as well as a genuine interest in properties and helping people.

We are looking for a responsible person with plenty of common sense who is ambitious and filled with ideas and who follows things through to the end.

We need someone with a good attention to detail but without losing the overview.

The ideal will be:

- Degree educated and looking to make their mark in a fast paced business
- Well spoken and presentable
- Dynamic
- Reliable
- A great communicator
- A team player
- A People's person

The role will involve:

- Liaising with all departments with regards to administration, marketing and data entry
- Updating & developing communication methods
- Ensure branding is comprehensive, consistent & applicable through all channels
- Occasionally taking photographs and visiting properties
- Assisting in designing/ creating marketing materials
- General office duties

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
