The majority of our management team have been supported throughout their careers to enable them to progress from Support Worker to management and more senior positions Overview of the Assistant Team Leader role - Job Title: Assistant Team Leader - Reporting to: Team Leader - Location: Lowestoft - Full time on a rota basis - 37.5 Hrs Per week (Mon - Sun) - £26,560.30 - £27,730.30 OTE Per Annum including one sleep-in per week. - £11.95 - £12.55 Per hour - Overtime rate - £13.44 - £14.12 Per Hour **Overall Purpose** To work as part of a team under the direction of the Team Leader, as well as supervising support staff. To provide direction and guidance to the supported housing support services. To maintain care/support skills at a high level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices as up-to-date. To provide care and support in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the management team, and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time. To supervise the care/support services within The Project in accordance with agreed standards. Work in partnership with statutory and non-statutory agencies **Administrative duties** Maintaining proper written documentation relating to users of the service and project records e.g. petty cash in accordance with Mavam Supported Housing practice. To submit accurate claim and record forms as required by the appropriate deadlines e.g. monthly timesheets and mileage forms. Maintain all Health & Safety Records to a legally accepted standard.
