From repair and refurbishment to full asset management and bespoke process solutions, you’ll help customers make informed decisions that keep their operations running at peak performance.

**About the Role**:

- Coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to and from the UK ensuring correct documentation is available for freight forwarders, checking invoices, HS classification, Inco terms
- Completion on internal import documents log to support compliance requirements of ERIKS UK for submission to HMRC
- Carry out internal supplier returns ensuring ERP system reflect accurately
- Assist the sales team in preparing and formatting quotations, gaining price and delivery on products from core suppliers
- Raise purchase requisitions in ERP system
- Liaise with warehouse/logistics on stock and return
- Conduct regular reviews of stock adjustments and stock locations to verify compliance and accuracy with standard operating procedures investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions

**Key Skills, Experience & Requirements**:

- Able to communicate with internal staff and suppliers in an effective manner
- Basic understanding of Microsoft products Excel, word
- Able to work as part of a team or individually ensuring to keep a focus on the task
