Act as the communication hub for the Education team. Develop communication networks and close working relationships with managers, ward, education teams and department areas. Communicate appropriately, and in a timely manner with members of staff, line managers and/or the appropriate departments to highlight any concerns including raising any issues concerning clinical practice.
Promote effective and respectful communication with colleagues within clinical area Contribute to Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) discussions to ensure smooth running of the Trusts Mandatory training programme Trusts mandatory training programme Cleansing and maintaining of the iLearn database for all divisional staff Validate current data and continued uploading of training data onto ilearn. Supporting the Practice development midwives (PDM) in planning training activities/programme (e.g., booking rooms, preparing timetables, circulating training dates, liaising with Rota coordinators, recording absence etc.
