**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Sitting within the strategy and technical side of the programme, you would be responsible for the overall management of all data aspects and reporting that underpin the operational delivery of TIC across the UK and Globally. This is up to and including supporting local, regional & global convention preparations and delivery aspects.

With a ‘Creators Code’ mindset, this role will play a key part in the delivery of TIC as a personal growth and development programme that drives engagement across JLR globally.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:

- Working as part of the TIC central team responsible for all data and systems supporting the progress and development of the annual TIC programme
- Administer essential TIC internal user interfacing systems including PowerApps & SharePoint Sites
- Utilising live data sources, responsible for the creation and delivery of regular (daily/ weekly/ monthly) TIC status reports, up to and including programme wide statistical analysis for the JLR TIC promotion committee
- Proactive in supporting the preparation and delivery of live recognition activities/ conventions throughout the UK and Globally
- Strategically support in the development, maturation and delivery of the TIC Programme

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- A strong proven track record of designing, implementing and managing Power Apps, including the use of Power Automate (Flows) for the generation of regular reporting
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to review and manage large data sets, to enable data driven informed decisions
- High competency in Microsoft Office packages with a primary focus on Excel
- Working knowledge and experience of designing and managing SharePoint sites
- Understanding of data governance frameworks, policies and standards including GDPR
