We are looking for a Head of Capital PMO to work within the public sector.

**Location**: Hybrid working
- London / Weybridge

**About the role**: You will be responsible for working with the team to identify lifecycles for delivering IT changes, liaising with system owners and suppliers through the design, development, testing and implementation phases.
- In depth experience of leading a PMO in a large scale (£100m+), complex construction within the public sector.
- Experience of managing the interface and multiple work priorities between capital and commercial teams and ensure that key commercial decisions are made.
- Knowledge of build and influence senior relationships across programme workstreams, the department, government, and internal and external suppliers.
- Proven background establishing the Governance, Risk & Assurance model appropriate for a Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP) level programme
