**Property Inspector**

We are looking for somebody to work 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9.00am-6.00pm) to carry out our property inspections.

The role of a Property Inspector is to visit the properties we manage and carry out a full condition report including photographs. If the tenant is present they may wish to point out/report any ongoing issues which you would need to report back to the Property Manager within the office. Attention to detail and common sense will be important, as will a good knowledge of running your own home. You will be required to use your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with tenants to book suitable inspection appointments
- Note down any maintenance issues reported by the tenants and communicate back to the Property Manager

Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good attention to details
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Full driving license and use of own car
