**Quality Administrator - Chesterfield - £27,000 - £28,000**

Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a highly successful global leading business who are looking to recruit a Quality Administrator to join their team. This newly created role within the department will be responsible for supporting the QHSE Manager to deliver quality policies and procedures.

As Quality Administrator you will perform various functions to ensure that the company’s products are of an expected quality that customers will be happy with. The role requires exceptional interpersonal qualities. You should be able to relate to existing customers and suppliers and work with colleagues at all levels.

**Hours of work**:8:30am - 5pm (Monday - Thursday) 8:30am - 4pm (Friday) Some flex available on hours. 38.75 hours per week

**Responsibilities of the Quality Administrator**:

- Review specifications, requirements and technical documents to ensure they are up to date
- Provide prompt and valuable feedback to customers and suppliers
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming products and implement solutions
- Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardisation, waste reduction and continuous improvement throughout the business
- Prepare customers certificates of analysis
- Completion of supplier questionnaires
- Set up new products and manage implementation
- Stay knowledgeable of any changes that could improve quality requirements for our customers
- Run reports for expired documentation, and ensure it is requested and updated on the quality management systems
- Knowledge of HACCP and BRC requirements
- ISO 9001 Audit
- Undertake any other duties that the company may request in order to aid the performance of the business

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Have knowledge of BRC Food Safety Accreditation (Essential)
- ISO 9001 experience (Desirable)
- Highly organised with good verbal, written and communication
- Microsoft AX (Desirable)
