**Client Reporting Administrator**

**Central London**
Our client, a building servies and engineering contractor, are looking for an experienced administrator with experience producing reports, working with clients to resolve any faults or issues relating to security and alarm products.
The Role
- Review and manage compliance documentation within the facilities management arena
- Chase contractors for outstanding paperwork/attendance
- Program contractors workloads in line with compliance deadlines
- Produce documents including formatting, copy typing and creating presentations using Word and PowerPoint
- Logging all correspondence to contracts on the Facilities Management system
- Maintain the team agenda and circulate action points from meetings
- Provide support to the Compliance Director and Office Manager
Experience and skills:
- Proven experience within an administrative support role, ideally within H&S Facilities/Compliance
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (A-C) including Maths and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience working within a British Standard Compliance - desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
