This position offers full training and development for the right person is working with a market leading food manufacturer who are expanding due to business growth.

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Food Technology Graduate to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Bedfordshire working as part of their development team.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Food Technology Graduate: -**
- Providing support to the development team.
- Responsible for making new food products from weighing and mixing through to securely packaging them ready for dispatch.
- To be responsible for stock control from ordering ingredients, ensuring products do not go out of date and carry out stock rotation.
- High level of care for a clean sanitised workstation to prevent cross contamination.
- To be able to work closely with a broader team.

**Person specification: -**
- Have worked with food (desirable)
- Have used PPE equipment
- Ability to work to deadline
- Demonstrate the ability to build working relationships
- Able to communicate clearly face to face.

This is a full-time permanent Food Technology Graduate position, Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm, offering an annual salary of £20,000 - £24,000 DOE plus annual company benefits to include a 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, products and free car parking.
