Smart Education are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for an educational setting within the Sandwell area.
The school has an excellent and established record of providing quality education for students aged 9-19 with a wide range of complex and profound learning difficulties. Operating in a dynamic, exciting and rapidly changing environment, focused on meeting the individual needs of all students.

The successful applicants will be a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant, with experience of and be passionate about, supporting students with SEND. Understand the confidential nature of this supporting role and fully support the ethos and aims of our school. You must be able to take direction, whilst working as part of a team, be flexible, proactive and organised. It’s important that you have a patient, caring and committed attitude and have a good knowledge of communication supports such as PECs and Makaton
**Qualifications Required**:Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent and 6+ Months minimum experience
**Salary**:£70 - £80 per day
**Hours**:Full Time
